According to Tasha it's a list of Tregoran sleeper spies. Tregoran was a scientist who would brainwash ordinary people and turn them into unwilling assassins who could be activated by a codeword or phrase. Tasha then goes to a museum to meet up with her ex-husband, a man known only as The Owl, to see if he can help her. As they leave two men attack them but are soon defeated. Val, Nikki and Quick show up and Tasha informs them that she's on the list of Tregoran sleeper spies. They decide to take Tasha off active duty because the wrong word or phrase can set her off. They have to monitor her every move. A man calls to meet with Tasha but they decide to send Val undercover posing as Tasha to meet with them. The men tell Val the codeword thinking it will set her off but since she isn't Tasha it doesn't. Her cover being bl

V.I.P. are hired to baby-sit a millionaire's daughter. They take her to the circus where they run into trouble when they run into two guys from Nikki's past. Tommy Wipp and Tino Scarlatti had faked their deaths after ratting out Don Franco to the feds now they're back and selling guns.

Val is kidnapped when she is mistaken for a temperamental diva V.I.P. is protecting. When the kidnappers discover their mistake they try to kill her.

Maxine's new invention is mistakenly believed to be a nuclear weapon by Ukrainian spies.

Jay Leno hires Val and Tasha to drive a car his dead aunt left him in her will to an auction in Sacramento. Along the way they pick up a hitchhiker who ends up being a wanted felon, the car gets stolen but they retrieve it, Tasha is suspected of kidnapping Val and the car is totaled but Jay doesn't seem to mind.

Val's mom comes to L.A. on business and is threatened and chased by two men after the computer program she is scheduled to deliver to the L.A. branch of her firm.

V.I.P.'s arch nemesis The Prophet is back and this time he's working with a terrorist organization and a crooked politician trying to extort millions from the city. In hopes of accomplishing this he gets V.I.P. shut down and Tasha thrown in jail. But in the end The Prophet is defeated and V.I.P. is reinstated.

V.I.P. must protect a Chinese artifact from the Cho Dynasty while at the same time try and save a Chinese freedom fighter.

The Millennium Militia is planning to destroy the city on the millennium with the help of a teenage computer genius they get V.I.P. to kidnap posing as the boy's parents.

Art thieves are using a young artist to smuggle paintings. What they did was take pieces of art, put something on the canvas to make it look blank and have Bobby Xero, the artist, paint it. Then they'd put them up for sale at an art show, buy them, rid it of Bobby's work and resell it for much more money. Val however ruined their plans when she spilled some turpentine on one of the canvases exposing the art underneath. Now V.I.P. must regain the painting and rescue Val and Bobby Xero from the smugglers who threatened to kill them for discovering their scheme.

V.I.P. must protect the vice-president's analyst the Squires Of Liberty, a militia group that is trying to kidnap him, while at the same time trying to keep the peace within the group.

V.I.P. split up into two teams when Tasha is tired of doing charity events. She gets V.I.P. a job body guarding Cora DeFarge of DeFarge Industries but Val and Kay have already signed on to protect Paul McCartney from a bomb threat at a PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) benefit concert. Val and Kay refuse to drop the PETA gig especially when they find out that DeFarge Industries is on PETA's list of companies to boycott. V.I.P. discover a warehouse owned by Cora DeFarge, which contains military issued weapons with the serial numbers, filed off, gold bars and monkey paws. When they return an hour later with Grispy the warehouse has been cleared of the aforementioned items and refilled with medical supplies. Tasha discovers that Cora is behind the bomb threat at the PETA benefit concert and V.I.P. become one again to eliminate Cora DeFarge.

V.I.P. go undercover as models in a Hawaiian Tropic contest to discover why some models go missing. What they discover is that the best models are being trained to being fighters like seen in the movie ""Fight Club"". Johnny becomes a member of V.I.P.

Cleo Robbins, owner of Cleo's Passions, hires Val to model her new Vallery Irons Undercover line of lingerie but soon needs V.I.P. on a more professional basis when she receives a death threat. The death threat comes from an investor in her company who's been caught making a illegal transaction on tape. Val feels more powerful and assertive while wearing Cleo's clothes.

The rock band Lit hires V.I.P. to protect them from a gang of thieves after a lucky belt buckle, which contains a secret code encrypted in it.

V.I.P. must protect a psychic to the stars when he finds a dead body and the killer puts a hit on him.

V.I.P. must protect an oversexed baseball player from a gangster who lost a bet he made in the past on him.

Val's high school reunion is taken over by terrorists and the only who can help is Johnny since Val took him as her date because Quick, Tasha and Nikki are off on Navy Seals training. Luckily Kay sees a special report on television about the whole thing and gets a hold of V.I.P. in time and they rush off to help Val and the rest of the hostages.

Don Franco is shot so he puts Nikki in charge of the family while he recuperates. Nikki thinks that Mrs. Scarnavaco is out to kill the Don when she poses as a doctor to gain access to his room in the hospital but it turns out that ever since her husband, Tony, Sr., died she's been having an affair with the Don.

V.I.P. must protect a director from investors when they send an assassin to kill him for not paying them the 3 million dollars he owes them.

Val's father returns and he's being targeted by a group of high tech terrorists. Val discovers that he's her father and she brings him to her penthouse where they discover that the terrorists are outside so they leave posing as decoys. Two of the terrorists enter the penthouse thinking that Val and her dad are still in there but are treated to a bomb; the bomb blows up destroying the penthouse. Tasha discovers that Val's dad is and ex-CIA operative who was involved in a top-secret project called OMEGA. Val's father is then busted and kept in an extremely well secured building. Tasha has to go through a set of lasers, like Catherine Zeta-Jones in the movie Entrapment, but before she can Val accidentally shoots her with a goo that has a similar effect as Novocain so Val has to take her place. She makes it through all right but gets excited and her breasts accidentally touch the last laser and set off the alarm. They escape with Val's dad and the CIA kills the remaining terrorist.

Val is selected to be a contestant on ""Danger Island"", a new reality show where six people have to survive on a deserted island in order to win two million dollars, but when a contestant is killed on the pilot episode V.I.P. are called in to investigate. Jeff Groom, a network executive, says that since the island is already pre-rigged with camera's they only send along two crew guys with digi-cams and the show's producer so Quick volunteers himself and Nikki. Once on the island however two contestant and the show's producer are killed and another contestant has his brains fried from the inside but he manages to survive. After Quick mentions one of the weapons used by the killer Kay hacks into some military files and discovers that the killer is a Major Ving Talbot, an army weapons designer who is believed dead, who claims that the army prematurely tested his prototypes and on their own men as well. Tasha and Johnny drop in to help and a battle with Talbot ensues. He decides to reveal h

When Nikki, Val and Tasha stumble upon an attempted bank robbery Nikki discovers that the group leader is the same man that killed her father 10 years ago.

Val is aboard a train with a reporter because she's going to give her the story on what she talked about with serial killer Thomas Binford Shaklee moments before his execution but she stumbles into the wrong room and discovers that he's still alive.

V.I.P. are hired to protect a dot com nerd and Tasha thinks that Val might screw things up so she sends her to protect another dot com nerd. It was just a ploy however so Michael Ellins, V.I.P's dot com nerd, could get to Val's dot com nerd and eliminate his competition.

Val is forced to take on the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia, and defend the merchants of little Tokyo.

Johnny and Val go undercover to try and get a billionaire's daughter to leave the motorcycle gang she's in and go home to her father.

Bobbi Canary, a washed-up actress, is studying V.I.P. for a movie she says she's to appear in titled ""The Night of the Bodyguard"" but she's really having someone secretly videotape her outings with V.I.P. so she can make her own cheap movie. She happens to catch something on tape she shouldn't have and now V.I.P. must protect her.

V.I.P. enter a bodyguard challenge and they need someone to play the role of an intended kidnap victim. They can't get any of the celebrities they wanted so Val volunteers Maxine but Maxine gets mistaken for an undercover cop and gets kidnapped for real.

V.I.P. are hired to protect a former astronaut hero when his life is threatened because of some missing footage he has that will prove that a mission he was on was sabotaged and he and six cosmonauts where never supposed to make it back alive.

V.I.P. are hired to protect Dr. Greg ""Bonzai"" Kobak, a scientist whose oil-eating bacteria if mixed with a DNA accelerant will create Diablo 99. Diablo 99 is a toxin that will turn water into sludge and Dr. Tina Stokes plans to get her hands on both with the help of a Val double. She sends Val on a health spa getaway and has the fake Val infiltrate V.I.P. and steal Dr. Kovacs' bacteria but her plans are foiled when the real Val returns early believing something is up when Angel, Dr. Tina Stokes' partner, appears at the health and tries to kill her twice.

An old army buddy of Quick's needs his and V.I.P.'s help when their old army sergeant returns and tries to get money that he says should be his.

V.I.P. are hired by Wilton Knight, the head of Trans Global Internet Finance, to test out the new security system on one of his buildings. While there Val, Quick, Kay and Dave, Wilton Knight's software developer, get trapped in the building with a group of thieves when the artificial intelligence program Dave created locks them in and tries to kill them because he thinks they're trying to destroy him. Meanwhile Tasha, Nikki and Johnny try get back a car that was stolen from the parking lot at Foam and discover that it was used to smuggle Viagra from Mexico into the states.

After seeing a past life regression therapist Maxine starts to have flashbacks from a previous life in which she was murdered. With Maxine's help V.I.P. are able to solve the previously unknown murder.

V.I.P. protect a man from Buenos Aires from a hitman but then they start to put the pieces together and discover that the man they're protecting is really Fidel Castro in disguise.

V.I.P. must protect a man whose blood can cure anything due to the fact that he's lived the last 23 years of his life in the rain forests.

Val falls for a hitman while V.I.P. is protecting a corporate wistleblower.

While helping Don Franco with his boat racing team V.I.P. stumble upon plans to sell a downed Chinese spy satellite.

A drug lord hires The Owl to kill one of Tasha's former husbands to avoid going to a Bolivian prison. When The Owl finds out that he would have to kill Tasha as well he turns against his employer and helps V.I.P.

A fiery explosion aboard a boat leaves everyone to believe that Val is dead. V.I.P. start losing all their clients and their faith, Johnny quits, Nikki leaves to go to work for her grandfather and Kay almost goes to Vegas to get hitched. Quick and Tasha are the only ones left and they form ""Dexter Williams Protection"", to avenge Val's death, which is a joke to everyone. Finally Val emerges having been saved by Mexican fishermen and gets the former members back together again to save the day.

Val, Nikki and Johnny help an archeologist recover an ancient relic but they discover that she may be working with an evil Ukrainian general. Kay accidently locks herself, Tasha, Quick and ""Weird Al"" Yankovic in V.I.P. headquarters.

When Relic goes missing from Foam V.I.P. decide to check it out and they discover that he's taking college classes. Val goes to talk to him but he acts as though he doesn't know until she saves him from an assassin. He tells her that he's working undercover trying to uncover a bookmaking operation. She offers V.I.P.'s services since she probably led the assassin to him and V.I.P. go undercover as members of the faculty. Kay goes undercover as a student and is the butt of a practical joke by a sorority sister.

Quick and Johnny are both dating the woman they're supposed to be protecting. When they find out they decide to keep it strictly business until she's no longer a client. They, along with her, later discover that she's a princess and the rightful heir to the throne of some European country and that her parents were murdered by a member of the secret police. She decides to return home and asks Quick if it's okay if Johnny takes her to the airport, she then asks Johnny if it's okay if Quick takes her to the airport.Once Quick and Johnny are gone she heads over to kill the man who murdered her parents and almost gets killed herself if it wasn't for Nikki who had to take her driving test all over again.

V.I.P. are hired to protect an ancient spiritual artifact only to discover that it contains a bomb and that there's plans to steal it.

V.I.P. wages war on a rival bodyguard agency when the head of that agency starts using a dangerous drug with deadly side effects to give his men superhuman strenght and abilities.

Pro wrestler Tyler Mane hires V.I.P. to protect him or rather protect all those macho type guys, who think they can take him in a fight, from him but then he really needs their help when he's mistaken by a militia for a fictional agent named Kessler and he's targeted for death.

An amnesia victim asks for Val's help but he can't remember why he needs it. As he slowly regains his memory he remembers having seen something he shouldn't have seen and that Nikki's life is in danger.

Val's uncle Ned stumbles upon a plan by an Iniut woman to sell the Iniut's land right from under them so he comes to Los Angeles and gets V.I.P.'s help to stop her.

A crooked D.A. tries to save his reputation by sending an innocent man, a man he framed, back to prison.

Kay becomes the target of a rogue CIA agent when she accidently downloads assassination plans from the employee bios section of a website.

Johnny's return to action films marks the return of his old Tong enemies who wish to make good on their threat to kill him but when one of the Tong's daughter's is kidnapped he strikes a deal with Johnny to let him live if he can return his daughter alive. Along with V.I.P.'s help they return the daughter save and sound but the Tong lied and attempt to shoot Johnny but he fakes his death so they'll leave him alone believing he is dead.

Nikki's old drill sergeant needs V.I.P.'s help when explosives are stolen. Quick and Johnny help Relic out on a case.

V.I.P. are called in to work undercover at a hospital when two patients die under mysterious circumstances after being admitted and recovering from botulism poisoning.

V.I.P. are asked by the EPA to transport a dangerous biological entity but problems arise when Joan Archer, Val's evil twin, escapes from prison and impersonates her once again.

Val is convinced that Kay was abducted by aliens on the eve of the Rubicon summit.

Lucy Stanton, a convict, is released into V.I.P.'s custody on condition that she help them capture Nero, a jewel thief that V.I.P. has gone up against before.

Val and Maxine go undercover as anarchists to help the FBI arrest a group of anarchists and they accidently get Erik Estrada mistaken for one of them.

Carl Merrick, the man who killed Nikki's father, is back after escaping from prison and this time he plans to destroy a space shuttle on its way back to earth after having fixed a satellite in space.

When a crew guy is killed while setting up the Miss All-Organic beauty pageant V.I.P. are called in to make sure it doesn't happen again. They go in undercover and discover that an international assassin is responsible for the murder.

After bringing the key witness in a hit man's trial to a safehouse Val and Tasha are captured and injected with a hypno drug. When they wake up they are told that they've been out for forty years and that it's now 2042.

V.I.P. are hired to protect a Jim Carrey like comedian after he receives several death threats. The death threats they discover come from an old friend of the comedian's who claims he invented the character that made the comedian famous.

When the owner of a famous chocolate company dies she leaves half of the family recipe for making chocolate to her son and the other half to her daughter. The brother, who owes money, tries to get his sister's half of the recipe but when she refuses to give it to him he disguises himself as her and almost tricks Quick into giving him her half of the recipe.
